Room Service Server (Room Service Operations) – 1 PT
JOB CODE ID. 497588: 1 Part-time opening, AM weekends

Responsible for the familiarization of menu and prices, and take telephone orders completely. Prepares and delivers room service orders efficiently and quickly. Responsible for the correct check handling and deposit procedures. Must clean hallways of all trays and tables, and maintains cleanliness in the room service area at all times. Previous room service or restaurant service is a plus. TABC certification is required.

Must have ability to work a flexible, part-time weekend schedule, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Saturday-Sunday. Pay rate: $9.00 per hour + 20% gratuity of guest checks.

Server (Restaurants/Bars) – 1 Full-Time

JOB CODE ID. 495944: 1 FT, AM shifts

Maintains high service standards, handles cashiering responsibilities and check control procedures. Serves all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures. Assists with bussing tables when necessary. Must strive for finer points of service such as keeping the ash trays emptied, making sure that the water glasses are filled, that the table is free from dirty dishes, etc. Exercises positive warm hospitality. Maintains knowledge of food items.
Must have excellent communication and guest relations skills and be available to work a flexible schedule. AM shifts 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, but must be available to work Sunday. Monday, and Tuesday with 1-2 other rotating days. Cross training available. Pay rate: $4.00 per hour + tips and full benefits.

Dishwasher/Utility (Kitchen/Stewarding/ Culinary) – 2 Full-Time

Responsible for cleaning and sorting all dishes, cooking utensils and silverware. Responsible for ensuring the kitchen areas are cleaned according to sanitary regulations. Ensures all kitchen and cafeteria garbage is collected and disposed of. Stocks dishes, glassware and silverware in the appropriate storage areas. Heavy lifting required. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, rotating days and shifts. HOST/HOSTESS (Restaurant)-Full Time

Responsible for greeting guests and guiding to seating area. Takes reservations and coordinates sittings. Maintains table charts, assists in the overall sanitation of entrance and lounge areas. Instructs dining room attendants of tables that need attention when necessary. Ensure that guest checks are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible schedule, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, 4-5 days, Thursday-Monday. Pay rate: $9.00 per hour + full benefits.
