Responsible for the familiarization of menu and prices, and take telephone orders completely. Prepares and delivers room service orders efficiently and quickly. Responsible for the correct check handling and deposit procedures. Must clean hallways of all trays and tables, and maintains cleanliness in the room service area at all times. Previous room service or restaurant service is a plus. TABC certification is required.

Must have ability to work a flexible, part-time weekend schedule, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Saturday-Sunday. Pay rate: $9.00 per hour + 20% gratuity of guest checks.

Server (Restaurants/Bars) – 1 Full-Time

Maintains high service standards, handles cashiering responsibilities and check control procedures. Serves all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures. Assists with bussing tables when necessary. Must strive for finer points of service such as keeping the ash trays emptied, making sure that the water glasses are filled, that the table is free from dirty dishes, etc. Exercises positive warm hospitality. Maintains knowledge of food items.
Must have excellent communication and guest relations skills and be available to work a flexible schedule. AM shifts 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, but must be available to work Sunday. Monday, and Tuesday with 1-2 other rotating days. Cross training available. Pay rate: $4.00 per hour + tips and full benefits.
